Rachel Cheeseman Promoted to (Nidan) Black Belt 2nd Degree!

After 17 years of dedicated training and hard work within the martial arts, Rachel was promoted to Nidan on October 23, 2005.

Rachel (pictured below) is officially presented with the rank of Nidan (Black Belt 2nd Degree) by her instructor Linda Damico, Sandan (Black Belt 3rd Degree).
