U.S.A. MARTIAL ARTS HALL OF FAME EVENT -- INDUCTIONS WERE HELD IN NEW YORK CITY ON APRIL 24, 2004

Street Smart's Head Instructor, Rachel Cheeseman, was officially inducted into the U.S.A. Martial Arts Hall of Fame and was named the "Female Instructor of the Year".   The event was hosted by the Ramada Plaza Hotel and featured many national and international martial arts pioneers.   Men and Women from all over the country were showcased and received various awards for their individual contributions to the martial arts within their own communities.

NEW - On March 26th, 2005, Rachel was inducted a second time as the "Female Martial Artist of the Year" -- Thank You, Dr. Jim Thomas, for this great honor!

A Tribute to the Great Grand Master Aaron Banks (pictured above)

The day's events wouldn't have been complete without the appearance of Great Grand Master Aaron Banks.   A world renowned tournament promoter and widely respected martial artist, Grand Master Banks provided much support and bestowed his words of wisdom to all of us at this year's induction ceremony.
